Recurring immigration matters
Immigration cases can involve civil records, academic documents, professional evidence, financial records, police certificates and foreign legal documents from different countries. F2 supports recurring translation requests while keeping document names, personal names, dates and terminology consistent across related files.
Foreign-language documents submitted to USCIS must be accompanied by a full English translation and by the translator's certification of completeness, accuracy and competence under 8 CFR §103.2(b)(3).
F2 translates birth certificates, marriage certificates, divorce records, criminal records, diplomas, transcripts, employment letters, financial records, affidavits and other foreign-language evidence provided for translation.
